The largest private company in Vietnam, Vingroup, owns Vin University, a private university in that country. Admissions for Vin University Scholarships 2023 have begun at the university. 

Cornell University and the University of Pennsylvania are partners with Vin University. VinUniversity, which is based in Vietnam, today has instructors and students from 27 other nations, upholding the principles of diversity and inclusiveness.

VinUniversity admissions for the 2023/24 academic year are now open with Special Round for 3 Colleges with the following degree programs. Scholarship and Financial Aid for International Students.

The Scholarship details are as follows:

VinUniversity Merit-based Scholarships:

Cover 50% – 100% of the tuition fee for a student’s entire degree program at VinUniversity. Students with exceptional talent will be granted full scholarships covering 100% of the tuition fee plus ~US$1,500 for living expenses.

VinUniversity Financial Aid:

Cover from 50% to 100% of students’ tuition fees for their entire degree program.
35% of tuition subsidy from Vingroup

• For the academic year 2023-2024, all admitted students will receive a 35% tuition fee subsidy from Vingroup. This is not applicable to students who have received merit-based Scholarships and Financial Aid.

• Scholarship EligibilityEligible Countries: no restrictions on nationality
• Eligible Applicants: Students who graduate from any high school in the world with excellent academic capability
• This Scholarship is for Bachelor Level.
• Special Admission Round (Fee Waiver and 5-5-5 Fast Enrollment Process

To be qualified for the Special Admissions Round, candidates must meet one of the following requirements: 

• Won national or international awards in academic fields:
• Ranked in the top 5% in standardized tests
• Graduated from high school (obtained the National High School Graduation Diploma) or International Baccalaureate Diploma or British A-Levels with a top 5% GPA

Candidates of the Special Admissions Round will have their application fee waived and be assessed quickly and comprehensively according to the Special 5-5-5 Admissions Process.

Applications are reviewed on a MONTHLY ROLLING ADMISSION BASIS (every 28th of the month, from June to August 2023) – application review results are given within 28 working days.
