In the film One in 50,000, Victor Olukoju and Omolara Ayoola portray a Christian couple whose everyday problems with their daughter Boluwatife, who was born with a rare illness that affects one in 50,000 people, are highlighted. 

Days of crying, suicidal thoughts, fights, regrets, sadness, complaints, murmuring, blaming God, and many other tragic events took place, but in the end, Boluwatife and her parents realized she was created in the image of God differently in order to give hope to other cases and cases where there was none, and she was created in a way that would be different as well.
