Manchester United will be looking for a victory to book a spot in the semi-final phase of the UEFA Europa League when they square off against Sevilla later today, in the return leg of their quarter-final tie at the Estadio Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan in Spain.
The Red Devils found themselves in a difficult spot to progress to the next phase of the competition after they threw away a two-goal lead to earn a disappointing 2-2 draw in the first leg of the clash at Old Trafford last Thursday.
Manchester United have been handed a major boost ahead of today’s Europa League showdown with Sevilla, following the return of Marcus Rashford from the injury he sustained a few days ago.
Tyrell Malacia, Luke Shaw, and Marcel Sabitzer are also back in training with the Red Devils as they have gained full recovery from their respective injuries.
- However, the likes of Lisandro Martinez, Raphael Varane, Scott McTominay, and Donny van de Beek remain unavailable for selection today as they are still undergoing treatment for their injuries. While Bruno Fernandez will miss the tie due to suspension.
