MTN Nigeria is giving out free 10GB data to customers who upgrades their 3G sim to 4G. Remember, MTN was giving free 4GB data to users who upgrades their sim to 4G. But now, they have increased it to a whopping 10GB data.
Well, just as the headline, every MTN user is eligible for the FREE 10GB of data from MTN. This is not a trick or cheat, it is 100% legit from MTN and there are other benefits too.
The benefits are that you can also enjoy double (100%) of your data when you subscribe after you must have finished your Free 10GB data.
According to MTN, to enjoy the FREE 10GB data, you need to upgrade your SIM/line to 4G. “Enjoy 10GB Free when you upgrade your sim to 4G, You also get to enjoy 100% data bonus for 3Months!!!”, @MTNNG tweeted.
HOW TO UPGRADE YOUR MTN SIM TO 4G To GET FREE 10GB DATA:
Upgrading a sim is free. All you have to do is visit a nearest MTN service center with your old MTN 3G sim, the sim pack and a valid ID card. But if you don't have the sim pack, then you need a sworn High Court affidavit as a proof of ownership.
Once the upgrade is successfully done, you have to sms 4G to 131 and you’ll receive the free 10GB data.
Note that the 10GB data can only be used on 4G mode. But the 100% data bonus can be used on any network mode, be it 2G, 3G, or 4G.
