Just In: Cross River Unveils Thirty Years Growth Strategy || GistOnlinesNg

The cross river state governmnent says it's economy will soon receive a boost with it's thirty years robust economic development plan which largely relies on agriculture, tourism and industrialization in collaboration with the private sector.

Speaking during a public event organised by the state ministry of information "the conversation" , chief economic adviser of cross river state, Francis Ntamu said the thirty years plan has been adopted by civil society, private sector investors and some development partners with a one-stop centre as part of ease of doing business strategy in the state.

The director general of bureau of public procurement, Udiba Udiba said hydrocarbons discovery in the state has been a blessing to it's economy.

On her part, the organiser of the event and the state commissioner for information and orientation, Rosemary Archibong said the essence of the open chat with the people of cross river was to lay bare some of the developmental achievements of Ayade's administration.

Ait's Rasheed Olanrewaju reports that the conversation will be taken to all the local government areas of the state to enable the people living in rural communities know what their governmnent under Ayade is doing.
