FBNews: Lyon president drops bombshell as Fekir saga takes twist; Liverpool eyeing PSG star in free deal

Real Madrid could make a late move for reported Liverpool and Chelsea target Nabil Fekir, a report claims.
The Reds were expected to land the France playmaker in June but the deal ultimately fell through.
However, claims in a Daily Star suggest that the LaLiga giants may make a late attempt to poach Fekir before the August 31 deadline.
However, speaking on Lyon’s internal TV channel, president Jean-Michel Aulas said: “All players want to join big clubs and we will have the same attitude with Nabil as with his former team-mates.
“We will have to wait until the end of the transfer window. But he will stay at 95 per cent.
“We’ve seen the love of the fans for him. Lyon is a great city of football.”

LIVERPOOL PLAN RABIOT MOVE

Liverpool have been linked with an impressive swoop for Adrien Rabiot, according to reports in France.
The midfielder, one of the unlucky men to be left out of France’s World Cup squad, has made it clear to PSG he won’t be signing a new deal with the club after a series of talks.

Rabiot has been strongly linked with Barcelona this summer and L’Equipe on Monday reckons the LaLiga champions could yet come back in for him before the transfer window closes at the end of the month.

But it’s also claimed that Rabiot is also emerging as a target for Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp and it’s suggested the Reds could sign the player on a pre-contract agreement in January – assuming he rejects the chance to join Barca this month.
And new PSG boss Thomas Tuchel has admitted he fears Rabiot is likely to leave.
“It’s not certain if Adrien stays at PSG. It all depends on him,” he said after Sunday’s 3-0 win against Caen.
“For me he’s a great player. He can grow even more and become a top player.”
