Personally, i use to be a kind of person who before now when i hear that any minister or artist have a management i get angry about such approach when an artist say talk to my management i will say this guy get pride.
- But as time goes on i now notice that i really don't know the meaning of what proper management is.
- A management is not just for artist alone but every business or any craft any ministry needs a proper management.
Actually, Managers help build an artist's career and get their client's music in the hands of producers and label executives, as well as negotiating contracts and setting up tours.
That is why the church have elders and any proper gathering both religious and circular have excos for proper management.
But now i am talking about management in the picture of artist, art, and artistry weather circular or religious.
First of all i want to remind every artist reading this that you're a human being and your well being is your art weather you like it or not you cant function on the hospital bed no matter how good you are.

And if really you are an artist that is passion driven you will not mind to minister in 10 programs in a day if souls will be blessed and impacted that is how passion can drive a man.
But what management do to you is to check the welfare of an artist the strength of the artist performance there are day that the energy in your performance will reduce your management needs to call you to sit down to know what is exactly happening.
Some event host or invitees can be so funny most especially in the religious setting so they will invite you and give you a special treat in front of the people but before and after the people they treat you bad they dont know how you came or how you will leave, but if you have a management at least your transport too and fro is settle before you even come in case anything happen you can come home and your life is accountable and documented by your management and the host.
Most times when people hear about management they think of one big office with luxury chairs, no your best friend who is very close to you who knows your strength and weakness, that is the best person to be your manager you must not go extra mile to employ someone somewhere that guy you drink garri together with can be your manger.
In summary i am talking about 3 things why everyone need proper management.
1. for proper ACCOUNTABILITY between artist and people out there
2. for proper CREDIBILITY
3. for proper WELFARISM
